In fact, it was a plus! Miss Ana and Miss Caty were terrific with the kids and the kids were ALWAYS happy to head to the explorers club and were still happy upon pickup! A huge weight off of all our the adults’ minds! So, a special thanks to them for that! One aspect we were concerned about was the NOW brand not necessarily catering to the ages of our children. This turned out to be a key feature as going to the pool(s) from a 2nd or 3rd floor would have been much less convenient! Four adults and 4 kids, ages 3, 4, 5 and 6! (yes, a one-to-one ratio! Whew!!!) We give our experience a big thumbs up!!!! We were able to get two connecting swim up pool rooms. My family recently visited the NOW ONYX all-inclusive resort.
